Cool, it’s out so I’ll out it again…
Anne Bartlett-Bragg of Learning Technologies has gone and done it, and good on her for it… Blogtalk Downunder:

Initial expressions of interest for refereed paper presentations (20 minutes + 10 minutes questions) or panel discussions can be sent to: Anne.Bartlett-Bragg@uts.edu.au
Details are currently being finalised and a website set-up with more information – don’t let that stop you sending expressions of interest though!!! The organising committee have some exciting international keynote speakers in mind and are determined to make this an event not to be missed in 2005!”
Sounds great but “first blogging conference to be held in the southern hemisphere” might be dismissing Perth’s BlogNite a bit too quickly!
After this, I wonder whether Brazilians are in the southern hemisphere together with Australia and NZ… or you are referring just to English Speaking Countries. For a moment I had the impression we had suddenly become a Northern country… lol…all is just a matter of perspective and how you divide the world.
I just jumped in and quoted ;o) Maybe the first ‘large scale’? And yeh, I see a lot of ‘….-est in the Southern Hemisphere’ signs around here and wonder to myself exactly where the writers figured the SH extended to!
