Material Affordances
The detailed analysis of the material affordances of blogging in general, and its material relation to blogging as a discursive practice, is a larger problem best left for a future essay. However, in the context of this essay this problem will be approached via the specific consideration of the affordances of video when video is conceived of as ‘blog like’. That is, granular, fragmentary and partial.
